What is Project R&R?
RESET & RE-ENGAGE
Project R&R is a half term program that can be utilised as part of a personalised curriculum where students will attend our onsite provision two days per week (Mon & Wed KS3, Tue & Thu KS4) as part of our 1-2-1 outreach mentoring program. Throughout this half term period, UKMM staff will be in regular communication with school support staff providing updates & feedback from each session whilst supporting the phased re-integration process whether it be back into mainstream school or as part of a managed move process.
Our Curriculum
Our half-term curriculum includes;
- Daily 1-2-1 mentoring sessions
- Functional skills (Maths/English)
- Conflict Management
- Anger Management
- Working as part of a team
- Leadership
- Mindfulness & Self-reflection
- Physical Engagement
- Career/Future planning
- Digital skills
All of the sessions mentioned above will form part of a Prince’s Trust unit award scheme accredited portfolio.
Project R&R is our latest intervention package which has been designed to bridge the gap between mainstream schools and traditional Pupil referral units.
We offer a viable route back into mainstream school for students at risk of permanent exclusion.
