Primary Intervention Program for KS2:
Our primary intervention program provides mentoring support for KS2 settings. Our mentoring teams specialise in the delivery of bespoke 1-2-1 and group intervention packages, using age-appropriate strategies to develop learners’ skills in managing conflict, self-reflection and positive communication allowing classroom staff to focus on teaching.
Using Project R&R’s key values 01 courage, Discipline, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty & selflessness as a foundation, our programs have proven to reduce overall exclusions. Significantly improving the long-term prospects of learners in their transition to secondary education.

Year 7 transition workshops
Our Year 7 transition workshops have been designed to support learners in making the leap from a primary to a secondary setting. We believe that this transitional period is one of the biggest transitions we are likely to make throughout our lives, particularly for learners that haven’t thrived in a primary setting.
Our workshops will introduce learners to key skills such as communication, problem solving and independence skills as well as providing clarity around what to expect and how to best prepare, dispelling any misconceptions or myths around secondary school life and allowing learners to look forward positively toward the next phase of their education.
